Mission and Vision
Our mission is to empower young women across the Watertown Area to recognize their strength, confidence, and limitless potential. The Snow Queen program is about much more than earning a title or wearing a crown. It is an opportunity for personal growth, leadership, and lifelong friendships.
Through positive experiences and mentorship, we encourage participants to develop self-confidence, embrace a positive attitude, treat themselves and others with respect, recognize their self-worth, and become compassionate role models and leaders within their communities. We believe every young woman has the ability to make a meaningful difference and achieve her dreams.
